Family Fun at Ice on Whyte Festival

This week the ICE ON WHYTE festival is starting!  This is a great family outing during the winter.  View ice sculptures, participate in arts and crafts and even watch the sculptors at work.
The festival runs from January 24th – February 2nd and is pretty affordable.  Admission for Adults is $6 and for Children 2 – 12 yrs is $3.

Sledding Safety

It is winter and what better way to spend an afternoon with your family than sledding on one of the city maintained toboggan hills or a hill at your neighborhood park.

Gallagher Park – 97 ave & 92 st

Government House Park – Groat Rd and River Valley Rd
